Daytona Beach vs Panama City Beach
The most well known Florida spring break destinations are Daytona Beach and Panama City Beach. If you are a college student trying to decide between the two than you will find this article more than just mildly interesting. First let’s look and see why this two destinations stand out among other Florida Beachfront Cities. Although the sunshine state is home to a vast selection of beach towns and communities only a handful welcome the younger college age traveler. When we say a handful, we mean two. So now you know why these two destinations attract the spring break crowd. Even though it is spring break there are multiple reasons to choose a destination. We decided to tackle the most popular reason and choose a clear winner. First off of course is the beach. If the number one priority is the beach than you will want to go to Panama City, with its white sand and emerald green water you will be in for a treat. Another popular reason is surfing. Being on the Atlantic Coast, Daytona has bigger waves and flatter beaches making this your choice. If you are going to party you will want to find great nightlife and Panama City is the location for you. Home to Club La Vela you’ll enjoy the largest night club in the US. The hold concerts on the beach and open the pool deck during the day making it the spring break headquarters of the town. Now if you are looking for girls or guys then either will work. Both destinations will have an abundance of breakers. Hopefully this helps narrow down your choice. For more information on each location check out Daytona Hotels Cheap or Panama City Hotels Cheap. Have fun!
